Local App Data
The core functionality of the App operates entirely on your device. The App stores locally the following types of information that you create or modify:
Saved plans, the selected project pattern, selected factors, custom action cards, user notes, user-edited phase order adjustments, saved export preferences, and the last edited date for saved plans.
This local content is not automatically transmitted to the Company as part of the core workflow. The App does not require you to create an account or log in, and it does not use cloud synchronisation.
On-Device Storage
All local app data, including your plans and settings, is stored on the device you use. This data remains on your device and is not sent to our servers.
You can manage or remove this data through the App's own delete functions (for individual items or all local data) or by clearing the App's data through your Android device settings. Uninstalling the App will also remove locally stored data.
Export and External Actions
The App allows you to export your plans or share them using Android system actions. Export and sharing are always initiated by you and only occur when you choose to do so.
The App may also open an external browser when you interact with certain content, such as when you follow a link. These external services operate independently and have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
Data Not Automatically Collected
The App does not include login or account registration, cloud synchronisation, backend storage, payment processing, or subscription functionality. It also does not provide monetisation features.
The core workflow is local to your device, and local content you create or manage is not transmitted to the developer as part of using the App. User-created local content may contain personal information if you choose to enter or attach it, but such content remains on your device unless you explicitly export, copy, or share it.
Use Limitations
The App is a planning aid only. Outputs generated by the App are based on your own inputs and are intended for informational and organisational purposes. They are not a substitute for professional, structural, regulatory, legal, financial, insurance, or other expert advice. You should confirm any specialist requirements separately where relevant.
Retention
Local data remains on your device until you delete it, clear the App's local data, or uninstall the App. Exported files remain wherever you choose to save or share them, and you are responsible for managing those files.
We do not retain any of your local content on our servers because the App does not transmit it to us.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information processed through the App. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for the security of your device and for any files you export or share.
UK / EEA Data Rights
If you are located in the UK or the European Economic Area (EEA), you may have certain rights under applicable data protection legislation, including rights to access, correct, or delete personal data where it applies. These rights depend on whether and how we process personal data.

Children's Privacy
The App is intended for users aged 13 and above and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take reasonable steps to delete it or address the situation.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy.
